Question / Help OBS looks very cluttered randomly

Why does my OBS look so squished?

Also I recently bought a 4k monitor and I cannot get my game to fit inside the OBS screen anymore. Anyone know a quick fix for that?

Switch to studio or set your DPI scaling to 100%
