So I decided to do a livestream today using OBS studio, and while streaming, it decided to randomly stutter at times and at other times like at 00:02:15 (watch from this time for a few second) on this VOD https://www.twitch.tv/hexxiumgaming/v/91015466 OBS looks its on Acid and completely trips out for a few seconds before returning to normal. This issue is only visible on the stream (and in OBS), I do not physically see it on my actual screen.

There should be 0 reason for this to be occurring, these very same stream settings worked fine before and nothing has been changed, additionally my system never dropped any frames and is far more than capable hardware wise. My specs will be below.

I tried displaying the game in both desktop mode and game mode, it seems OBS wanted to look like it was on acid mainly when in 'game mode' when not in game mode, display seemed normal just minorly stuttery (probably because it was in desktop mode). Throughout the VOD I linked, you can see the issues im explaining, if a member of the OBS dev team could have a look and explain it, that'd be great. I can provide any files needed for analysis, just tell me where to find them.

(PC Specs)
Intel Core I7 6800K
Nvidia GeForce GTX 980TI
32GB DRR4 3200mhz RAM
(plus other stuff I need not list, the HDD streams get saved to is a 7200RPM WD RED drive and it works fine - I've already tested it for any SMART errors, even an extended test. OBS Studio itself runs on my SSD thus a stream shouldn't be directly affected even if it was the HDD.)
