Bug Report OBS Local recording problems

When i record something and try watch the video sometimes this pops up. would like help getting the video and fixing this.

Use VLC as your media player instead of Movies & TV.
For the most part, Movies & TV is just a re-brand of windows media player which has a 15+ year history of poor media format support.

Also, don't save directly to mp4.

VLC doesnt play it ether here i think it says the video is corrupted or something. Also i changed the save to C:\Users\jjkin\Videos\ will that solve because previously i had .mp4 at the end that should solve directly saving it right?

Change it to flv from mp4.

when converter tries to read file it says file is unsupported.

Then whatever converter you're using is not a good one.
