Question / Help OBS Live to Facebook Live not working!

Hello, I was using re-stream to go live on FB, YT, Twitch and Mixer for the past few months. One day last week, I decided to not use re-stream and go directly to Facebook using their direct stream key and server URL through the creators dashboard. The stream was a success, scheduled, tested and no issues. Last night I decided to completely ditch re-stream and go with Facebook exclusively. The problem came when I clicked on the stream button in OBS live using the Facebook dashboard settings. OBS performed as normal but my live video feed in my Facebook creators dashboard failed to pull the feed. I've even loaded into the game while testing the stream, no dice. I also went as far as disabling all of my firewalls. Still no results. When I tested my streams directly on Twitch last night it worked fine. Unfortunately on facebook, the preview panel was showing a stream that was previously aired at the beginning of the week. I spent countless hours looking for fixes and the level of frustration I have is unbelievable. This is my very first issue with OBS/ or Facebook and I've had it for almost a year now and it's worked perfectly until this point. I have attached 2 recent log files along with some screenshots. Can anyone please help? I'm not trying to use re-stream just to go live on Facebook...
