OBS live stream unclear in youtube application on mobile

I am live streaming my PC screen on youtube using OBS. When i view the live stream in my mobile on "Youtube Application", the video is blurry but the same stream is very clear when viewed on a browser in the same mobile at the same time.

Why is this happening?

Please help. I have to soon stream a program live.

YT prepare diffrent resolution the same stream, when start watching probably first resolution is low and blurry it's normal, change resolution to higher in app.
