That does not appear to be an OBS crash report. Go into the Help menu in OBS, Crash Reports, Upload Last Crash Report, paste the URL it gives you here, and we can take a peek. :)
On a side-note, the OBS.Live plugin is known to cause browser-source issues (as it replaces the standard Browser Source with its own), and adds little to no functionality over baseline OBS Studio at this point; it's recommended to uninstall OBS.Live, uninstall OBS Studio, then re-install OBS Studio (as it removes/changes several core components, and uninstalling OBS.Live does not restore them properly). The StreamElements overlay can be added to standard OBS Studio as a normal Browser Source, to continue using their overlay management and alerts.
