Question / Help OBS let's me only record once, then gives error.

Hello,

i'm having the following issue: when I start OBS I can make a recording. I use mp4 as a containerformat. First time I make a recording all goes well. Second time I get the message 'An unknown error has occurred while recording'. Then, when I go into settings, change the containerformat to another one and then back to mp4, I can record again.
Note: I use OBS Music Edition so I can use the asio-driver from my soundcard. This is important so I can make multitrack audiobackups for later mixing. But the problem happens also in OBS (normal edition).

Update, and kinda solved: when I click away the message and try to record without changing anything, OBS let's me record. So the workflow becomes: making recording 1>trying to record second time>error code>click ok>making recording 2.
