Question / Help OBS League of Legends Ping Spikes 1000+ ping 3mb/s Upload

I have a cable internet connection (Ethernet instead of WiFi) with a 30mb/s DL Speed and a 3.2mb/s UL Speed. I have seen my friends with much lower speed internet stream with no lag at all (30-50 ping) but when i stream, I get 40 ping for the first 4 minutes of the game then it sky rockets to 400-1500 ping. I have no idea how to show my settings to the forums but if someone tells me how i will show them to you guys ASAP as i would like to stream asap haha.

If you have ping issues in your game while streaming, the best thing to do is to use "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings, as it's designed to help specifically with that situation. Note that it can increase the likelihood of frame drops on unstable connections. If you continue to have issues you may just simply have to lower your bitrate as well.
