I have a fairly old computer from 2010, it's a high spec first gen i5 with SSD etc.
Everything was working fine and since the last update the cpu is idling around 70% and when I stream it no longer can cope, 100's of dropped frames
I have tried to change speed of encoding, lower the scaled res and all the other tips that are on the forum.
Having said that the videos themselves seem to be smoother when not streaming. I have tried the enable hardware acceleration for webcams, no change, the GPU seems to working hard.. but not overly.. temp and fan is ok.
I'm using a mixture of IP cams, NDI sources and webcams. NDI tools is up to date.
Tomorrow I have a key stream to do so if anyone can help v soon that would be great, or is there a way to role back to a previous OBS?
I will include a log in a few hours.
