Question / Help Obs lags

When I try streaming using obs. OBS lags. I tried using the settings estimator but that did nothing. The estimator recommended me really high settings.

Specs:

Windows 10 64 bit

XFX radeon r7 360

Amd Fx 6300

10mbps upload speed

Stream for five minutes or more using the best settings you've been able to figure out yourself so far. Make sure you're playing a high-action game when doing it. Then post that OBS log file, and then maybe we can make some suggestions.
