I have a very powerfully pc, and even over clocked it to make sure that wasn't the problem.
When ever I put on an animated overlay (which is a gif), it seems to lag in everyway, even when not playing a game. I have tried everything i know how to fix this problem but can't seem to find the answer so here I am.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? The gif is only 14MB.
