Question / Help OBS lags when

Hi, my obs stream works fine a few days ago and i didnt change any settings in obs and windows. My problem is my stream is laggy when the game im streaming is maximized but when i minimize it everything will be fine with obs. I hope somebody had the same issue as mine and was able to find a fix and would share it here, thanks!
PC specs:
I9 9900k
1080ti
16gb ram
