Bug Report obs lags when i click off the window

whenever I am trying to record on obs at 1080p 60fps it will record fine and not drop a single frame even when demanding games are playing in the background. then I click on the game in my other monitor and obs drops frames from 60 and goes all the way down to 26 sometimes with an average of about 30

please help
