So I've used OBS on my Windows computer for years and it has never been a big issue for me. But now every time I open up OBS and use it for a few minutes, it seems to be running fine. But now a few minutes later, it starts lagging my computer. The framerate drops down a bit every second and my PC freezes when I try to open or close something. It even froze my task manager when I tried to close the program.
Now every time I use OBS, I have to restart my computer to prevent my PC from lagging like crazy. I looked at my PC stats and it says it's running fine when it's not. I tried lowering my encoder and framerate in OBS, it's still doing it. I have been using OBS for 4 years and this had never been a problem in the past. So I don't know why it's now doing this today. If anyone has any solutions, please reply ASAP.
