Hello all, I'm new to streaming and looking to get the best quality of image for my viewers. I am trying to stream League of Legends on Twitch.tv. However, when I stream it lags my in game FPS and my internet. What are some things I can tweak around to get the best possible out come with the equipment that I have?

Thanks

Your CPU is quite old and likely can't stream full HD. Try downscaling to 720p or lower. Your log also seems to show you did not add anything to your scene, and are trying to stream to an unspecified server.

I don't think your CPU is the main issue here, at least not for the second test stream you did. However, your video card is not something that was ever intended to play games on, though you can apparently play LoL on it.

However, OBS uses the GPU (video card) to render the scene, and I see that you have a webcam as well, which also gets uploaded to video RAM before the scene is sent off to the encoder. I don't think you will be able to comfortably use OBS with your current video card, and I strongly suggest you upgrade it.

You are attempting to use monitor capture with Aero enabled, don't do that! Read the red warning text next time.
