Question / Help OBS Lags Minecraft When I Record

So I am going to say right now that I am not a Minecraft fan but I wanted to record in 240fps and even when opening obs it already uses 20% of my cpu. I can't even record in 60fps without the game going from 1400fps to 30-150, and I feel the difference because I have a 144hz monitor.
I have a i7 8700k and a GTX 1080.
