OBS Lags/Glitches

When I am trying to record the game Roblox, it is always perfectly smooth when I am recording. But when I go back to look at the footage, it is always very choppy. I have roblox and obs set down to the lowest graphics they can have, and I have a $700 pc that should be able to do the job.

The bottom looks like where the problem is at.

Maybe the encoding lag had something to do with it

When you review your videos, don't use Windows Media Player. Use VLC.

Your computer has no graphics card and a low-power low-performance CPU. You will not be able to use x264 encoding for any reasonable purpose.

Try using QuickSync, and if you still encounter encoding lag, reduce your output resolution.
