I haven't had this problem since i fixed my black screen and now i am getting low OBS fps while streaming while it was doing perfectly fine the last week i can't get over 5fps streaming in League of Legends. My game fps is fine my, my stream fps not so fine. I've tried everything. Got no replies on my last thread, so i'll open a new one. Help would be greatly appreciated as i am becoming more frustrated with this program.
