Question / Help Obs lags but not my game / High Graphics

Hello, I'm having problems with my OBS when I record a game with higher graphics my OBS preview screen starts lagging but not my game. Sometimes I like to run Minecraft with shaders which is a graphical thing you can do, and that makes the OBS lag. Also When I do run something with higher graphics it starts out fine but then about 6 seconds later it starts to lag. I have had OBS before and have never had this problem this started in the last week and my OBS is up to date.

Update My OBS is lagging every thing even the sound bars

There is no stream/recording attempt in that log an that other guy called "cheat" had a completely different problem (audio driver issue).
Maybe point 4.1 is the one that describes your problem?
