OBS lags and using high amounts of Virtual memory

Hey guys, as of yesterday, OBS.Live is killing my PC I'm not currently streaming, I just have it open, testing things, but for example, running a game (Apex), Twitch playing and OBS running, my game and twitch lags, spikes from annoying to seriously bad.

I made a topic on a forum regarding the issue (not mentioning it was obs, as I didn't think this was the cause at the time) and one person went through my logs and told me that OBS is using 12gb of VM. (I am not sure if this is normal or not)

My specs are: 3080, 5950x, 32GB.

The above is the log I assume you'd like to look at.

As for what's running through OBS.
I have: Just starting scene - One Media source
Stream: In game - Nested webcam and game
Stream: In chat - Nested webcam and one game mirror which does have a blur filter
Just chatting: Nested webcam and game (could probably delete this, I was just playing with some ideas)
Stream Brb - Empty
Nest webcam - Webcam, webcam zoom, webcam overlay and OBS live recent followers

To me this seems a really small amount of stuff anyway, but I appreciate the blur can be quite taxing, but surely not that much. Currently, I am sat with only OBS live and this google page running. I've uploaded a picture to show what's running in task manager. This is while the nest webcam scene is selected Any help here would be massively appreciated.
Thank you!

Sorry if this thread is a repeat, I've just come look and it's gone missing for me, but I doubt I've done anything to have the thread removed.

Just to add. I closed all my scenes down and the power usage dropped to low.

I opened up the usual, Apex and twitch to see, but both the stream and game both lag really hard, even though OBS is on low, so I closed it down just to see, and then everything went back to normal. Running fine. Gave it 3 or 4 minutes, opened OBS back up and right back to lagging, again, all scenes turned off, power usage low

Could you post a log from a streaming session That way we can see what is happening when each scene is active

Hey, when I get a moment, I'll will do that.

But to add some extra info here.
I removed both OBS and OBS.Live, and just reinstalled OBS. Still had the same issue.
So with a youtube video playing, obs running (not streaming) and Apex this is what I have found.

If I play the game in full screen, it works fine, but if I change to borderless window, it becomes very laggy, but as soon as I close OBS youtube plays fine in the background. So this made me think it's an Apex issue, so I decide to try a different game.

I load up Fifa, and my PC freezes for a few seconds, catches up, and freezes again, before catching up.
If I close OBS, then just load up Fifa on it's own, the game loads up without a problem.
Retested with OBS open and it does the same.

In Event viewer, I keep getting the warning:
nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered

This was all done with OBS open but with a new scene collection open, which was completely empty
