Question / Help OBS lags and drops frames on fairly good PC

My log file is attached. Are there any settings I can change to improve performance?

Where are you actually having issues? Your logs stop right after the report of a 4 second recording test... not a lot to go off of.

You're already using NVENC, which is going to be the most performance-friendly option, especially when talking about 1080p capture.

You do have Game DVR on, which can have an effect on performance. Turn it off.

Display capture is relatively slow compared to game capture, but I have no idea what you're capturing so I can't say whether that would be usable in your situation.

The issue I am having is the final recording file has many dropped frames. Recording another test to see if the log shows anything else. Will upload in a few minutes.
