Question / Help OBS Laggy/Sped up recordings

Used to be able to record no bother with OBS now my videos are appearing laggy/sped up in parts, if you check the youtube upload you can see, text appearing on screen looks nothing like it does in game and gameplay looks slightly sped up also.. I swear I've watched every tutorial on youtube at this point, can somebody PLEASE help me lmao :(

I'm recording at 60fps when I game at 144fps could that be the issue? It never was a problem before..
