Question / Help OBS lagging

Greetings;

Here is the last log file from my last stream. Speed test results are 159.3 Mbps download & 11.4 Mbps upload

Hopefully someone can help me figure out what going on with the lagging.

Speedtest results are not relevant. Run the auto config wizard and have it suggest Twitch settings, and/or use TwitchTest.
