Question / Help OBS lagging

Hello, I have problem with OBS.
I tried to record some games, like Minecraft (I know it's cringy, but it's not actual problem), but video is really lagging. I have OK PC (GTX 1060 3GB, i5-7400k, 8GB of RAM) and I'm wondering why it's like that. I have 1 more problem. When I have Minecraft open without OBS in background I'm gettings +/- 800 FPS, but with - I have 200 - 400 which means I can't record in 240 fps. Here are my settings.

I'm not sure, but it could be lagging because of your recording FPS, but more importantly: WHY are you trying to record at 720p, 240fps? you REALLY don't need to record at such a high framerate at all. Make it 60 or perhaps 120 if you want high fps on your recordings THAT bad. 240 is just unecessary. I'm sure someone else can help you out with the lagging video if it's not the recording fps's fault, but please consider recording at a lower framerate.
