Question / Help Obs lagging

I set up my stream and I went to test it and it lags for the viewer, altough it gives no lag to me. I lowered my bitrate to 2000 and it is still laggy. I want to know if I need to lower my bitrate more or if it is another problem, because I really do not wish to lower it in order to maintain stream quality. Im really confused about this lag situation since my internet is not bad and im cable connected. If you need anything just ask
