Question / Help obs lagging

Hello guys !I have a problem, when i put my new settings ( 1 k bitrate , 0 buffer, 2 keyframe interval, crf=15) i have lag in video , not in game! When i am playing and is recording, there s no problem,but when i look to the video after that is lagging very much, here is the link to the log

If you are only recording, you should really update to OBS studio and use the presets.

Also, you'll need to disable the Razer software overlay junk that's running, it's causing hook conflicts.

No changes ;( Its still lagging, even with obs studio and razer software closed... I think it was less lagging with obs,
