Question / Help OBS Lagging While Recording!!! HELP

So I have obs 21.1.0 installed and I used to record with jobs no problem, but like the past 2 months every time I record with orbs my fps drop and I start logging in game making unplayable heres my OBS log

PC specs

FX-6300 3.50 GHz 6-Core
GTX 1050 Ti
