Question / Help OBS lagging when using monitor capture

Hello.

I have a problem with OBS starting to lag ALOT when I enter a game when using monitor capture. It stops lagging when I go in and out of the game like 10 times, but suddenly it starts again, after I re-enter the game.

The reason I am using monitor capture is because game capture won't work on one game. It works on all other games, but not on CS:GO. This suddeny happened after I installed the newest driver from nvidia geforce experience.

Any solutions?

you really shouldn't use monitor capture when on windows 7 but otherwise, like with windows 10, its pretty decent.
