Question / Help OBS lagging on tvitch

been trying alot of things to get this sorted but i cant find out to fix it
OBS is lagging bad on Tvitch

Define 'lagging'. People use that description for a LOT of different behaviours.

The buffiring icon, the round circle keep showing up on Twitch and the screen freeze

That's buffering, not lagging. And it's probably because you're streaming at 3500kbps.
Non-partnered streams are strongly advised not to exceed 2000kbps.
