Here we go again. Yes, that log shows you removing Window Capture, adding Game Capture, then switching to Display Capture and recording.
0. Your system is below minimum specs for OBS to run and
may be too under-powered to record/live-stream. There are no recommended settings we can suggest (except the ones below). You may need to upgrade or replace your computer for a better experience.
1. OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. To run OBS as Administrator, right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok. Remove Display Capture and then try using Game Capture. If Game Capture doesn't work, then try Window Capture.
2. Your GPU is maxed out and OBS can't render scenes fast enough. Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. OBS requires a little GPU to render your scene. Once you know that your scene is setup right, disable the preview, minimize OBS and start your recording with a hot key.
Enable Vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit (60) that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage.
If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game. If you are experiencing issues in general while using OBS, your GPU may be overloaded for the settings you are trying to use.
Close any other programs that you don't need for recording such as Firefox. Firefox can use additional GPU.
