Question / Help OBS lagged frames Issue.

I got better internet recently and thought I would try streaming. I used the default settings and got a load of lag on my stream.
Decided to copy settings from a few guides but it's not getting any better. Been trying to fix it myself recently and I have been
reading a few posts here and there. I've attached all of my log files which have different settings. Even when I'm not recording
and I'm just watching the preview it's freezing every few seconds. I have run out of idea's So I thought I would make a post
here.

Windows is out of date and Game Mode is on by default and cannot be switched off. Run the October 2018 windows update and turn game mode off. Details are in the signature.

Also turn that off.

You are overloading your GPU. Game Mode can cause this, but if turning it off doesn't fix it, look here:

In your case I would probably reduce base resolution to 1080p.

Updated to latest windows and disabled game mode.
Made no difference. Also when I'm just sat at my desktop screen moving around the cursor
while watching the preview window you can see it stuttering. Regardless I did a two-minute
recording and I've attached the latest log.
