i need help.
when i run tf2, the game that i want to record, i get a good 30fps out of it. when i turn obs on, and hit record, i get the same framerate, but the end product is a 15 fps video, and the video details say it is 30 fps. please help!
i have a decently good pc, so this shouldnt be an issue.
Processor: intel i7
speed: 3.5 Ghz
Ram: 8gb
Cores: 4 cores
machine is a upgraded windows 7.
my monintor res is kinda off, it is 1600x900, so i downscale the res to 720p.
