OBS lag with Minecraft

Through Minecraft, the game is running very smoothly but when I try recording on OBS, the recording is losing frames. Does anyone know how to get the OBS recording to be as smooth as in-game? Logfile: https://obsproject.com/logs/--O2R6Y_vedoyhOL

You need to run OBS Studio as administrator. Some of the features is OBS (eg: Hotkeys) needs administrator. Here's how. First right click the shortcut to OBS then click Open File Location. And click compatibility choose Run this program as an administrator. Don't forget to click apply then ok to save the changes. Here's a screenshot. Hope this helps you.
