Question / Help OBS LAG WHEN RECORDING (CSGO)

So im trying to record but when i do its very laggy. It also doesnt record the brightness for csgo. I record 1080p 30fps and its very laggy.
Specs
Intel i7-4510U turbo boost to 3.1Ghz
NVIDIA GeForce 840M with 2 GB Dedicated VRAM
16 GB DDR3L Memory
1000 GB HDD
