I need to figure out wtf is lagging my OBS, because my settings are very low (2000 k/bs Bitrate, I don't have a resolution downscale.). Every 2 to 3 minutes I'm buffering and it's annoying the hell out of my viewers, can I please get advice on how to make my settings low enough to work for my laptop (all I know is it's got the newest i7 in it)?
