OBS Lag Issues

Hello, new to streaming here. I have an RTX 3090, a 10700k CPU and 32gb of DDR5 RAM and and I still have major lag while streaming with OBS. I have no issues when streaming in discord, while in video chat and having many other applications open. Any ideas or solutions?

quick fix most likely, would be to disable preview in OBS......better would be to explain your settings you have running for other solutions.

Thank you but I think I figured it put. I was running DBD in windowed mode and for whatever reason that made it lag BADLY.
