Bug Report OBS lag in video

Hello everyone i have a problem with OBS.
OBS works fine when i'm recording a video no lag nothing but if i watch my video it lags really hard. I don't know what the problem is (i use the nvidia encoder). And i have a good laptop this are my specs.

Intel core i5 8300H
8gb ram
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 ti (4GB)
