Question / Help Obs Lag, Fix problem setting

From some time I'm trying a recoding gameplay with obs but also changing many settings I can not make a video decently. In the start it blocked its self every time I opened minecraft, then made video with lag and now the recording seems smooth but the final video by only series of imageswithout any connection between them.
What settings can I use?
