Question / Help OBS kills minecraft

So when I don't have obs open Minecraft runs like it should, I actually get 700 to 1000 fps, But when I open OBS with a Minecraft scene the fps drops to 20 to 40 fps. And even after I shut down OBS the fps in Minecraft stays bad, until I restart Minecraft.

Liimit FPS in Minecraft to avoid it maxing out your GPU, leaving nothing for OBS to use.

I limited it to 50fps and it changed nothing :/
