Question / Help OBS Keeps Reconnecting Too Much! I Need Help!

Guys, I need real help. My live stream is crashing too much! I am using Wi-Fi, the channel I am in is perfect and not too bad, and everytime I stream, it fails. My upload speed is 250 kbps and I don't know how much my buffer size, my bitrate, and all the other stuff is supposed to be. Can I get help to fix my problem?

Describing the results for each step would probably be useful. Do you really only have 250 Kbps available for streaming? If so there's not much point, that isn't really enough bandwidth to make anything viewable.

Well my Upload Speed is is at least 600 kbps but my frames keep dropping for no reason. Lemme try to post my full upload speed results

It basically sounds like your internet connection is simply too poor to stream.
