Question / Help OBS keeps freezing for a second after 10 seconds of previewing/recording?!

Hey, so every single time I go to record/preview before recording the display window of OBS will freeze after 10 seconds, and then resume a few seconds later. I checked the recording to assure it wasn't the preview and it wasn't the preview. I do not know what else to do, I've updated my Nvidia drivers, changed my settings, updated my BIOs to the latest settings, turned off my Antivirus (which was the reason last time I had this issue)

CLUELESS, anyone know what's up?

i7 7820X (CPU)

You also have multiple sources that appear to be on network drives that are failing to load. This is a known issue, you should replace them with local versions or remove the sources if they're no longer valid.
