Question / Help OBS keeps freezing and lagging....

Hello,

I'm just new to OBS and have used the Auto-configuration Wizard. The problem is that it's still lagging and I don't know what to do... So I'll played with the settings but it still doesn't work. Maybe it's because I'm using a 64-bit version of OBS and should try OBS 32-bit? Or could anyone help me with another solution?
