Obs keeps dropping frames due to encoding lag and render lag

I love used the same settings on SLOBS with no issue yet I try to switch over to OBS for more creativity and I keep dropping frames no matter what I set it at… I normally use x264 because I have a 16core processor I have a 2080 super gpu

I’m super confused/frustrated. Does anyone know what could be causing this? I know you may say lower game settings run admin or use less stuff so the cpu doesn’t have issues but as I said SLOBs runs perfect

I uploaded the file for analyzation and sometimes my Sony can reaches max audio buffer.. again something that doesn’t happen on slobs and it noted my render lag etc
