Bug Report OBS keeps disconnecting whilst playing Fallout 4

OBS will keep disconnecting whilst playing Fallout 4. The game is fine, no crashes in the game. It's OBS that seems to be the issue. It occurs when I am outside in certain areas, it's at it's worst when I am in Diamond City. The bitrate monitor immediately flashes red and goes straight to 0kb/s. The odd thing is the day after this occurred I played Fallout again and it was totally fine no crashes. I could walk around in Diamond City without any issues. I do have quite a few mods installed but during today's stream it was alright for a good hour and then started disconnecting again. I have tried other games like Skyrim and they are fine, it seems to be only Fallout. Now it could just be mod related but the mods re not making the game crash so surely OBS should be fine.
