OBS keeps disconnecting randomly

I have been streaming for a while now but only recently has it been tripping i used to play stream and play on a gaming laptop with no issues i upgraded to an actual pc. Ive never had this issue where it would just disconnect and try to reconnect but most times its just suck on a trying to reconnect loop i have a tiktoc video and my logs i hope this made since please help anyone. I've tried resetting my pc the that keeps my personal flies, and I've also tried to reinstall obs and i tried to download an old version non of these worked

I found this thread but this looks like it was an issue with OBS v24?

Some other things in that log.

HAGS is enabled, disable it. Run that monitor @ 120HZ or 60, your encodings will improve. Your Scene has a monitor & game capture, move one of them to another Scene, they can cause interference with each other.

I've been using these settings before i upgraded and even for a while on my current rig, all i did was update then all of a sudden its not wanting to stream for longer than 1 minute 3 if am lucky and I'm not lagging in game or anything i even bought a whole new ethernet cable and nothing.
