Greetings. I have started streaming 3 weeks ago. During the stream, I keep having a connection issue where OBS will randomly disconnect my PC from the internet entirely for a few seconds during this time I can't use internet related on my computer as well. The frequency of this occurs is quite random too sometimes 1 time/ hour, sometimes 5 times in the span of 20 minutes. This happens whenever I try to stream online games such as League of legends, Paladins, and so on. On the contrary, this phenomenon rarely occurs when I stream offline games such as Hades, Pokemon, etc.
Base on the log I got error WriteN, RTMP send error 10054 which I've ready try every solution that I've read in this forum so far with no improvement. At this moment I'm trying to contact my ISP but they seem to be slow on their end.
Is there anything I can do to deal with this problem or what should I tell the support guy sent out by my ISP? Maybe I set up something incorrectly I have no idea. Any help, suggestion, and instruction are appreciated.
PS. My connection speed is 1000 Mbps both download and upload.
