Question / Help OBS Keeps Cutting my Recording

So basically, it cuts my gameplay. I record and each few seconds there is a obvious cut. I dont know why this happens and I messed around with stuff but it still didnt help, here are my settings:

My computer is good enough to record and in-game when I am actually recording it doesnt cut, so this must be a fault from OBS, when I am recording I have solid 60fps or 30fps.
