OBS keeps crashing

I have tried everything that I can think of. I have DDU my AMD drivers and reinstalled them. I have completely uninstalled OBS and reinstalled OBS. While streaming and local recording OBS will crash and report an error. Sometimes OBS will work perfectly fine and sometimes OBS will crash maybe once while streaming for 3-4 hours and then sometimes OBS will crash constantly. I have also used StreamLabs OBS just to compare and I will get the same result.
