Question / Help OBS Keeps Crashing while i stream.

i'll go for a random amount of time streaming (15 mins- 1hour) and then obs just crashes on me.
I restart my computer and it seems to work fine for until it crashes again.
no clue whats going on, as im no tech wizard.
Help Please?
