OBS keeps crashing when trying to connect to twitch or any other streaming platforms.

Hello hello,

I have been having some issues ever since I tried to set up multi streaming plugin. I deleted the plugin but things have not been working properly. I tried a fresh install and now it it crashing when I try to Authenticate with restroom or twitch.
I am so confused and not sure how to proceed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Experiencing the same thing, did you ever figure this out? I can connect via stream key but actually linking the account is crashing every single time and no one else seems to be reporting this problem.

The multi stream plugin did not work for me and I had to go into application support and delete the .json files. Restream would still crash but it would work when I checked on twitch and YouTube.

i'm having the same problem. there seems to be no support on how to fix the issue or why it's even happening.

Hello, with finder clicked, go to the menu options at the top of the screen. Click Go, hold option and click library. Click Application Support. Click OBS-Studio. Open all folders and delete any .json files. Restart the computer and open OBS. Do not use multistream plugin and use restream instead. Good luck!
